MSB's assertion on efficacy in children is rather meaningless since the FDA has rejected it in two CRL's. The reason given for not doint a RCT in children was that leading experts in the field consider it unethical to subject children to a placebo control. Hence the planned study in adults.
@stanjupiter, I posted a list of immune modulators commonly used in transplant medicine that may be applied to GvHD. To the list might be added ECP (extra-corporeal photopheresis) though it's not a medication per se.
