here is a calm and rational question :

SI earns 1 million a year and has fallen at the FDA hurdle twice in 3 years. Can you imagine another ASX listed company paying their CE that much money not holding them accountable and moving in a new direction?

He is and will be well compensated for his contribution and IP to the tune of 60 something million shares, but it is now incumbent upon the board to consider whether it is prudent to consider if another leader with a different skillset is more appropriate to lead MSB through it's next commercialisation phase.

I would argue to not even have this conversation is directors not acting in the best interests of shareholders.
