If Si is counting on any chop outs re Paediatric GVHD therapies market sales from the FDA he must be living in LALA Land. However….if there’s been some ‘back room banter’ that Krause has facilitated and there is some traction it would help to restore much needed credibility to Si and his team. Again it’s ‘fly on the wall stuff.’ If SH have rushed for the exits in the interim period and Si lands this GVHD permission to market well that would boost the SP substantially. It’s another case of ‘do you feel lucky punk !!!!’
