LeftYahoo .. I feel for the issues you have raised .. its frustrating and you have good reason for your apprehension.
Went back to MSB' s ASX announcement on Feb 22 , 2018 yr of the Primary Endpoint being achieved. The initial plan for MSB in interacting with FDA was to apply for Accelerated Approval.
What changed in between ... we will never know (but something occurred to change MSB's initial approach).
I'm sure SI learnt many things on Friday 4th August 2023 and despite the huge right cross delivered by FDA ( we all felt it .. including you).. it was pleasing to hear about his "steadfast" commitment to work endlessly to bring this treatment to young kids. I continue to be a supporter in SI and believe he is the person that can deliver our first approval.
Looking forward to outcome of Type A meeting (due on or around Tuesday 19th Sept 2023).
