My personal most relevant complaint is…
why so many trades earlier than 1st and 3Rd august was not announced before and the proper time.(M&G)
They frame as “no price sensitive” but the major shareholder drops from 11% to 6% his holdings (here and nasdaq) and that prior a relevant announcement that can changes the entire company future…!!!
In my views something really u fair (to don’t say dodgy) happens and I’m positive if I have such announcements before i would reduce my holdings “just in case”
