I underestand your frustration, specially after previous FDA rounds upuntill last year, but there is one fact, regardless of promises or lies by anyone, including SI;
BIG pharma have deep pockets and they do not care paying 10 folds to partner buy a small cap post-FDA approval, than paying a billion ("a silver change" to them) pre-FDA.
So, maybe for your own sanity conside parking the hope/idea of partnership at this point.
