interesting point about the stock incentives tho, given the considerable discount that virgin is trading at to a couple of weeks ago John is getting a very good deal, most investors would probably be expecting virgin to be up 25% at least in the next 3 months, I know I certainly am expecting that based on the news that has been released and pending announcements on the Delta JV, Air New Zeland JV and government contracts that the new MD has been brought on board to win.
