The board needs to take a real hard look at themeselves. If the realisation is made they dont have the skill set to create shareholder wealth, then they should do the right thing and step down. Getting the right talent to move this company forward is not only in their interests given their shareholdings but all shareholder interests.
The last thing shareholders want to see is a gravy train of director fees going down the sink for no result over the next couple of years.
Time to do the right thing guys and take a dignified exit rather than having the AGM turned into a circus.
