I must admit I don't like having THX being a substantial holder in UMC. But that is my problem I guess and will be for a while longer.

So no more THX bashing

Circumstance change very quickly and I would not want a repeat of the events that have happened over the last two months with a large holder having to dispose of shares.

Hopefully the worst is behind us.

What is the price they are happy to accept, they were not sellers at $2+.

I must admit if you know who the buyer is, perhaps THX could offload say about 5M at a $1, Just to be sure they have enough cash to see them through to their exit price. LOL...
