Have you watched the clip. $10M per city is the size of the average city as Mike presented. Did you get that?

Where did you get the 100,000 lights from its not in there for 5 cities. Can't seem to pinpoint any reference to your numbers.

gridComm and Siklon Energy have won a tender for deployment of 100,000 street lights in Jakarta recently out of a total of 250,000. 50,000 to be installed in Fy16 so its a big revenue generator. This has been confirmed in the ODNs prior announcement.
