So the "total" cost @ 13Million, would that include everything, labour, product and so on..
Sounds silly my question because it's states "total" just checking.

$30 a light, could that be done real quick? maybe labour is cheaper overseas. Just thinking out loud.......the job must be quick for the hourly rate of the installer to be within quota...
