There is actually nothing simular. TTI sells a variety of traffic lights, road signs and street lights. Any communication between devices uses standard methods (ie SCATS) - not the new innovative powerline comms that Gridcomms uses. In short not a competitor, but might benefit from Gridcomms tech to better connect their stuff - which might also help their SP, which has been dropping for years.
