My motive - I guess I enjoy exposing frauds. I have a pretty good record in doing so, often identifying them well before professional colleagues do. I also hope to warn fellow investors along the way. Personally I don't invest unless I understand the business and have confidence in the executives running it. I'm not perfect and perhaps I am wrong on this one but I doubt it. Too many warning signs on this one.

By the way, upon further digging, China Packaging Company Group Limited had Liquidators appointed in 2010, and their 30 June Interim Accounts showed a Negative Equity Position of RMB119 million. This is the only ex-employer named for the current CEO of DFM. I am not suggesting that Mr So was responsible for this. However, normally a company will name the most prestigious ex-employer and senior position achieved in the executive's work history. You don't think this is odd?
