How can you find a positive in that sentence? 'Making progress'....could it be more vague?

I think it is more of a warning about constant risks which, along with the 'finely balanced' line, regarding their overall financial position provides an image of walking a tightrope over the Grand Canyon....without any safety features in place.

A few bad months and the the balance tips to the negative, with no further cash supports available.

If everything goes right, they make enough to keep the 'prospect' of refinancing and debt reduction alive.

Still little in it for shareholders.

I'm never surprised by the markets, so who knows, maybe the so will rise, but I'd expect more than of a slow bleed as there is little incentive for buyers to step up.
