Yep agree RJ has ticked a lot of boxes and it’s been a hell of a turnaround.
Unfortunately, the SP would be part of her Scorecard also and that’s the only thing letting her down at this stage. The executive team need a revised strategy on how to drive the SP from here, as the current approach isn’t working. I feel more regular Comms would be a great starting point. I would then target more institutions and model off other organisations, who have excelled in this space.
