It takes 1.6T of iron ore to make 1T of steel so even at one 1BT China needs to import 1.6bT
and Australia currently sells China around 900mT per year.
So the media saying China slowing down but to just 1bT still means no slow down from the iron ore miners selling it
which the media needs to start saying that over what they are saying now.
