I think investors (short / long) may be waiting on the UN climate meet.

The above may not be just for PEN but for the world market.

Until investors get some data from the meet, I would expect investors be vit vary of investing in small caps especially when there is no JORC data.

Climate meet may shed some lights on the path that the countries choose to help the climate and global warming.

And in turn may make investors flocking towards certain small caps. I am confident PEN will be on most of the investors radars. Especially, for short term traders, they need more justifying / compelling evidence like JORC data etc., to make them invest. That is the beauty of short term trading.

I am in for llooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggg :)
