We sold CC to LeMaitre Vascular not 4C. We supply Adapt treated tissue for 4C’s TMVR device called the Alta Valve. 4C Medical’s aim is to be bought out.
I suspect whoever buys AVR would also be interested in acquiring 4C medical if their Alta Valve continues to perform in their current EFS studies.
Of course their is a ton of future potential for AVR to supply a 3D version of DurMVR for TMVR whether that be with 4C or one for our own use. TMVR is however, a complicated beast that no one has really solved yet.
