Eire greatly appreciate your contribution. We seem to be advancing and talking seriously about acquisition by a major with regard to our great TAVR tech with which I agree. However I am greatly confident that 4C might be the break through tech in Mitral valve treatment with their Alta Valve . We supply the significant Adapt material to them. If we were to sell the company to a major for say a mouth watering 1b we would include the 4C business as well which could be worth IMHO one billion over 10 years. So a major could get our TAVR for nil. Perhaps it could be structured that we sell the TAVR business but retain the potential of 4C . 4C could be a new Edwards ? We could be 25% of a new Edwards if we retain the Adapt material supply business. Just a thought?
