To me you are totally missing the point. I will spell out some points
1. I don't care what other companies pay their CEO, but if you are correct and these other small cap companies are in a similar position, then they are also doing the wrong thing. 2. IVX will require a lot of money to perform its R&D into the future and will need all the money it can get its hands on. 3. IVX is a collective of people and at this time the only one doing OK is Thian. If he is not performing for all the other people involved, and he is not, then his re-numeration should be a minimum. 4 Currently the way this company is going we may as well change it code from IVX to THC as its all about Thian 5 As I said earlier, would you still feel the same if Thian could sell SH shares to pay his salary if there was not enough cash in the account, or is it only OK , because you see the money coming from " somewhere else " other than your own pocket ??? 6. If he concentrated more on building up the SP he would not even need a salary as he would be doing extremely well from his vast number of shares ( over .5B ) !!!
