Bellyaching about CEO compensation on share discussion boards is pointless. Bellyache where it matters - at the AGM with your votes. If you don't have enough votes to make a difference, or the support of others to build a bloc that will make a difference, your gripes are less than useful - they are a waste of other people's time and eyeball energy.
By all means, bellyache about the salary and the options and the constant CRs. But, you may as well be blowing in the face of a hurricane
