    One would think that you put the basic rounds on the market first. The testing would then build on standard HE/Airburst to advanced Optical Range finding shells the other way is much harder. America has deep pockets when it comes to guns but its what costumers want UN/Nato.

    I was Glad to see the CEO Bulletin. And I look forward to 2011 and all it has to offer.
