STO have their own blocks next door. The Archer 3D was over one of them and over Dorado again ( 3d time over Dorado I think). STO have plenty on their hands hence the flagged sell down when they get the right price. I'd "speculate" that there is so much to investigate from the 3D surveys that to do it all on 75 & 80 % equity would be too capital intensive in the time frame left for Oil. Better off for them to sell down and enjoy the spoils instead of run out of time. All IMO.
