Yep agree - i can understand not dating someone from the same company if the company is really small and/or if one partner is directly managing or supervising the other. In this particular case since Hugh Mark's partner has departed Nine, I don't see why he really had to go. He has done well for the organisation so really disappointed he is leaving for this. I guess more news will come soon but on the face of it, seems a bit premature.
