    it is the charge of Aust 15-21 million (loss) against the carrying value of US operations

    2nd

    Recent decision by Texas Govt not to renew bio diesal renewable fuel @ US 20 cent per gallon.

    Third ongoing assessment of wether Hopuston facility economic. ( My interpretation)

    Query has anyone seen buries any indication that this levy was not going to be renewed and they were going to write of 15 - 21 million aust.
