"Resignation of Chief Executive Officer" - Is this the announcement the Trading Halt was put on for? (Why isn't it marked price sensitive?) I'd say with the recent losses the CEO and the Chariman were probably asked to resign. I wonder if the market will see this as a positive or a negative - the company can definately make money if managed right, they were running at a profit late last year and even paid out a dividend.
Who knows if new management can do any better though. One to watch..
