if the last CR is a top up or just incase bla bla.. why didn't raise after the Fed Government grant was announced.
I don't usually look into this.. I am just a man that want to make another dollar. After reading all the post, I can understand why everyone is furious about it.
So you guys can count my votes as well.. I don't have as many share as Birch but I have a fair bit... Hopefully, it will make some different.
