hi, thanks for your posting but I don’t get every point in there - taking aside that I am still holding never sold any single share, I keep my scepticism on the current development:
- I actually never bought into “certainty over time.” I rather prefer on time delivery or even a bit faster than over-engineering. Don’t get me wrong, I have engineering background as well, but working with hundreds of engineers over decades I know that they love to design the hell out o anything. Until it’s perfect perfect and unfortunately sometimes also over-expensive. Well let’s apply this to our engineering work with HATCH or any other companies in this development project. We spent YEARS in designing, optimizing, optimizing and re-designing. When will we start erecting that thing? Not to mention that we spent tens of millions of dollars if not close to hundred on the entire pre-construction development. For sure, you better don’t do design mistakes, costs you the entire project later. That’s clear. But always speed is important. We have way too many delays and no real timelines. Never has there been a relally reliable timeline. Just recently, the last 12 months we see much more precise scheduling. But still somehow vague, as you see in the still not finished FID. so yes due diligence and precise work is necessary. But merge it with speed, then you have a good team.
- last paragraph of your post: “one does not spent 20years+ to arrive at this major - most critical financial closure period and sell out at low ball”
well, I think we have the lowest share price ever, don’t we? For sure there was 0,06 or in that range some years ago. But since then we have diluted and diluted. So too lazy to calculate, but we all should agree, that we are more on the lowest ever side than on a medium or even high level of share price.
- now in the eve of signing new equity: how you convince anybody signing higher than average SP of the last 3 months or so? argue that our stock is artificially held down by shooters? Don’t know if investors buy into this.
so I would be very happy to see that we sell the new equity at a level beyond 37ct (as Gina bought into this level), or maybe 30ct. But I don’t see how this can happen.
