If you are looking to do aquisitions, then there are several ways, debt, cash, shares, some combination. The cheapest way is via paper, ie shares. But that is only if your shares are high enough in value.
How do you get the SP up to be able to do a cheap T/O, pay a dividend regularly to existing shareholders. Start off low and grow it along with earnings and pretty quickly the SP would be MUCH higher than it now is.
Therefore if there is any truth in wanting to aquire further businesses, paying a dividend every 6 months will get the SP high enough to do some/most of it with paper. So lack of dividend does not make sense in terms of aquiring further businesses, it still smells funny with those answers.

I agree with the earlier posters of blah blah blah blah, but nothing concrete, no excuse for broken promises (dividends), no time table of dividends, yet that would have been the MOST asked question from all the emails.
If it looks like a scam, smells like a scam, answers questions like a scam, breaks the one promise you could to avoid it looking like a scam, then it is probably a >>>>!!
