The PEN story has gone right off the rails in 2011 - the sad part is that the information flow from the company has been stifled to such an extent that it's nigh near impossible to get a handle on why.

No Hartleys reports, no BGF reports, no AGM presentation (from all reports). Even the quarterly reports have become distinctly vague?

Personally, I wouldn't care if GS was getting paid $2m a year if he had the share price running the right way.
