Maybe consider a more tangible question to be answered. Mgmt cant control the SP and they certainly are not going to answer who the beneficiaries are even if they knew/know.
An explanation is quite obvious really when you do some research, the company simply has not delivered on promised announced guidelines and sentiment is where the SP lies. Upside potential is well and truly there but that is up to fundamental news to be forthcoming.

I am holding as I think this has some real potential, if they can get some of these contracts turning revenue and follow through on current projects, though, still quite speculative at this stage.
