The deal stinks, the equivalent of AUS $0.90 is the bare minimum i would accept on the day of transaction (via a seven day vwap or whatever) and this is well short of my minimum valuation of $1.41B for ESG..i itemised the basis for this valuation some time ago..

I won't be at the meeting but I stand ready to watch STO walk away if that is what it takes..ESG have never told us the whole story and the way STO and Knox behave (which is what I pay most attention to) seems to suggest that they know something of market sensitive information that we do not..
