    MYX will be leverage free 2022 definitely can take on additional debt 2021 on two conditions.

    1. EBITDA has increased to at least $180M by FY21
    2. Leverage is under 2.5x

    Forecasted FY20 leverage is 1.8x & FY21 1.3x

    It can, will and should take out debt 2022 if EBITDA is $200M then $500M max is more than fine providing it adds to EBITDA immediately.

    Doesnt have to be in the generics business can be in manufacturing and contracting.
