I think he is ok, generic price decline is mostly out of his control so you cant blame him for that
he is doing ok with the other division and do what he can under his control to expand the other division.
Current price pretty much wipe out the value of the generics acquisition so cant see too much more down side.
The next update will have a very high chance of an upgrade.
I takes a stab and call 40s range is the bottom
