Want to see a five year strategy plan before I vote. He is treading on thin ice with all the impairments for sure but has also balanced the business very nicely and more to come - he has effectively bottomed out the balance sheet with alot of upside potential. So would like to see a five year plan before I cast my vote. It's forecasted that operating margins will grow to 15% by FY2021 but I think with all the investments made it should be better than that.
