SGH down fall cause by it count WIP as revenue even thought it has not received the cash, that close to cooking the book.
product development and research, myx don’t count that as revenue it is a cost to the balance sheet that it may or may not pay off with new products.
amazon making no money for years all the money go back into developing their infrastructure and better IT system, so to the outsider this guy is not making a cent but adding back all the money it spend on r&d and development it is very profitable, these days they just ripped the benefits of those early investment and the rest is history, bad luck for the guys that just looking at headlines.
