CEO selldown, page-4

Its not all about what he thinks, he should be thinking "how will my actions be perceived in the market and will it potentially impact my other owners and should i consider delaying this action", your view is "i don't care how my action is perceived in the market by my fellow owners, i'll do it anyways, i'm loaded...". I'm not trying to comment on the future of the business, my comment was about action perception in a very volatile/weak market. Any CEO should be taking into account market sentiment with all and any actions that may have an impact on S/P, its a public company, not a private one.
