Sorry for the the lousy cut and paste job. As far as I knew, there was a blackout for insider buying or selling. My guess is that Gene needed some cash. I don't believe his salary is very high so he probably needed to sell some shares. I'm sure his salary is not enough to support his life style. I wonder if short selling was a way around the blackout. He is technically selling shares he doesn't own, and will replace at a later date. Either way I'm not concerned. It's a very small percentage of his total holdings.

I'm a little surprised this halt was regarding a PP and not the mine license. If the PP announcement comes Monday, the mine license won't be too far behind it. Next couple of weeks will be worth paying attention to.
