I think you are correct on the Aussie tall poppy syndrome. When I arrived in this country it was one of the first stories I heard - and on the radio at that. Something about Aussies are like crabs in a crab pot.
As soon as one tries to climb out of the pot, the others will drag him/her back down.
Anyway, I am confident in the management team at IOT. Should be a good week coming up, especially if we get announcements.
