Many posters have complained about NC being CEO & Chairman so this is
an excellent move , IMO, because it enables the company to change gears
to production and yet retain continuity via the Chairman,
I agree with you that normally a new incomming CEO tends to clear the decks but in this case the new CEO has been COO for the past 2 years and, consequently, he is not likely to shoot himself in the foot.
I'm surprised that the market did not react more favourably today.
