I suspect that the COO has been doing the talking to customers rather than Nick doing it for quite a while.
Personally, I am more than happy with both the announcement, and also NC's performance... I am not blind to his mistakes, but he has managed to get this across the line when there were many factors trying to prevent it.
While NC deserved his slap on the wrist for the Crown events... he also deserves credit to get Lynas to this point, and hand over the position to the COO.
