My 2 biggest concerns are the relationships with locals and the way in which covid is being managed. If the co is trying to push vax on locals, that may not be the right way to go. Quickest way to get them off side. Coloured 3rd world minorities know all too well how pharma has experimented on their kind in the past. They do not trust Western corporates to look after their health or their resources. Give them time to move, compensate them, but for gods sake do not try to inject them with unproven mystery gene altering cocktails. the data backs them up too...
