CEO Time To Go

Over the last few months three(3) of the most important company board members have had to forgo their valuable and very cheap Options...

Very Patient Shareholders are now having to put up with a SP at below rock bottom, lingering at below rock bottom for a considerable time.

The CEO of any company has a tenure of keeping the SP at a reasonable level.

The CEO appears to be unable to relate to US investors, let alone any investor for that matter.
The bumbling of webcast announcements during the year.
The lack of communication during the year to shareholders of when investor meetings are occurring in a timely manor... then only announced on social media, other companies involved anns on ASX.!

The Corporate Governance Statement is a joke egarding proper investor disclosure.
Placing anns on social media & emailing anns only to a captive audience.., talk about Preaching To The Converted!! Does Not alert or inform new investors...

Our CEO is a glorified marketing manager only imo. social media only type of guy..
ASX & NASDAQ traditional Announcement portals are there for a reason... Potential New Investors, sophisticated Investors use this media..

GTG/GENE need a new CEO that can understand how to operate & work a dual listed company to his/her advantage.

The 4C Quarterly is due out this week, unusually late! hopefully GTG still has money left in the bank for the next 6 months at least.
Will we see plenty of NEW cash receipts from the GeneType product/s and good news as to the US rollout...

GTG has 90+ GeneType on-boarded Clinics with inquiries in Aus from the 6 months of rollout.
Investors would hope there to be 900+ onboard clinics in the US for the same length of time, when that happens.
Our CEO needs to talk about that & how they will go about achieving this very conservative target.

I hope our CEO is receiving a good roasting from the Board.
SHolder interest is at an all time low share volume pitiful.
There better be something good in the 4C
