It is a matter of trust and that's why tomorrow's announcement has to be clear, like you say in their confirmation of their ability to pay the March debt, first and foremost, current debt levels and EBITDA/NPAT projections. If these tie in with previous announcements then there will be a reversal in sentiment to take it back to around the $2-$2.50 mark IMO, but getting back to the $4 will take a while.
