The next CEO might perhaps be a more relevant engineer with a current vision, who be likeable and reliable for investors or shareholders in SEN. 1. Literature supports 10 years is towards the end of a life span of a CEO.
2. Things have changed, COVID, supply issues, working arrangements and not to mention technology associated with security.
3. A great opportunity exist for for Sen.
4. This is the time to choose the next CEO to lead SEN for the next 10 years. SEN has missed so much opportunity and growth. - this is now 7 years straight of a declining share price.

The board needs to do its job and find a new CEO!
