Hoping for another fraud/scam opportunity is a bit low don't you think.Between June 6 and October 3, 2019, directors sold around $48.5 million worth of shares.
Chinese directors Ningpa Ma and Zhigang Zhang sold $17.6 million in stock between them and resigned from the board on September 30, 2020.
Phoslock's chairman Laurence Freedman sold $25.96 million worth of shares in August 2019, with its now departed managing director Robert Schuitema selling at least $4.3 million worth of shares.
Sorry, remind us again of what caused the share price to rise...
