Wide differences in expectations between fantasy and reality amongst both the optimists and the pessimists.
Getting away from the emotion of both extremes there are enough positives to suggest that we are worth more than the market currently indicates.
This will turn on some key indicators that we are just not there yet but are definitely in play. Tantalising but not determined as yet.
They include:
Trials underway in water infrastructure.

USA Manufacturing dependent on business case.

Florida.
Great Lakes.
Incorporation of new products.
The current management has and is performing well.
Manufacturing in China and legacy projects would seem to be enough to keep us going until the aforementioned indicators click in.
