what - more harm than has currently been wreaked upon the company to date?
more harm than ganging-up with a bogus investor and grounding us all on the rocks for weeks - this management blew it, plain and simple - this management group can thank their lucky stars another interested party (GEM) was sitting on the sidelines - but that piece of fortune was as a result of GEM, not the business acumen of our managers - Our employees
Nuna, your points (though perhaps appealing) would also be used for some of the arguments present management would use to resist change - and to resist loosing the fine salaries they have grown accustomed to...
if change is required then change it will be - it is never easy, but the benefits once completed can be expected to far outweigh the status quo - particularly if recent history is any yardstick
good luck
