BRR you make a good case, my only hesitation would be: Where do we get the quality personell required to get the job done? Why would any top notch operator come to our struggling little company when they are more than likely employed and renumerated very well already at a successful company that makes profit and gets contracts?

May I also ask you if you are a top 20 shareholder or thereabouts?
