Seems like he and the missus needed a small amount of cash for something. Such a piddling amount that it doesn't merit concern. If he and other directors stated selling regularly, then we could ask some questions. But all the others are staying put, so certainly nothing of concern.
Who knows what they needed the cash for?! Could be for tax, living expenses, or it's the time of year that school fees need paying......
